Inspired by traditional Ukrainian sweet bread “Makoviy Rulet” , here I have a tender melt in the mouth bread filled with cardamom halva poppyseed spread and fresh diced apples. Finished with a rose water glaze. Back from my 2022 holiday specials , this was dubbed as “out of this world” by one of the patrons!

*9.5”-10” in diameter that serves 6-8. Can be refrigerated unto a 5-7 days and frozen unto 2 weeks
