Ubiquitous on the streets of Jerusalem, wrapped in newspaper and served with a side of aromatic Za’atar. These oblong Sesame crusted soft yeasted bread rings are perfect to dunk in sauces or with cream cheese and toppings. Mine are made with a combo of whole wheat and fresh thyme making it earthy, nutty and extra fragrant. Oh! and comes with an aromatic za’atar oil
